Most of these are desserts and brunch dishes, but we include some favorite dinners and sides as well. If you want to make a fancy looking cake for Easter without a ton of fancy work, make a naked cake. This style has been popular for a few years. We love it because it’s always so pretty to serve, but requires minimal decoration. Our fresh berry cream cake is similar.

This caramelized banana pudding is made with layers of brown sugar caramelized bananas and from-scratch pudding. I’ve never witnessed ANYONE stopping at just 1 serving.

This pineapple upside down cake is soft and buttery with a caramelized brown sugar pineapple & cherry topping. We keep it retro style (like grandma made it!) using canned pineapple and maraschino cherries.
