Colorado-based home and commercial cold brewing systems maker Toddy is hosting an online trade show next month for businesses looking to dig into cold brew operations.
The “Better Cold Brew with Toddy: Exploring the Art & Science of Cold Brew” event is free, taking place Thursday, July 29, targeting United States and European audiences.
“We’ve really missed connecting with customers and others who love coffee as much as we do,” Toddy President Julia Leach said in an announcement from Toddy. “Ultimately, the Better Cold Brew digital event allows us to still meet the educational needs of our partners and other coffee professionals until we can get back to attending onsite trade shows.”

The event promises to highlight some relatively recent innovations from the long-running cold brew solutions brand, including the cupping kit and associated cupping form that were introduced last year. Three tiers of equipment boxes featuring various Toddy merchandise and tools are available for purchase in conjunction with the show.
The one-day event will include seminars on cold brew 101, building a cold brew program, cupping for cold brew, cold brew mixology, and a primer on nitro cold brew and kegging, according to the company. There will also be Q&A sessions, and a social happy hour.
