After a few months of easy baking challenge recipes, let’s dive deep into one of the most challenging Sally’s Baking Challenge recipes yet. I tested this recipe almost a dozen times and am thrilled with the final results. This is a totally impressive way to assemble a cake and I know you can master it!

Bake & Comment: Bake the recipe during that month, then come back and comment on the recipe and tell me how it went.
Share: Share your photos using #sallysbakingchallenge on Instagram or email me, tweet me, or upload a photo of your recipe to my Facebook page or Facebook group. By sharing your photo, you are automatically entered in that month’s giveaway, which is usually an Amazon $250 gift card. For a bonus entry, leave a review on the challenge recipe. July Baking Challenge: No-Bake Cheesecake Jars

We celebrated the *30th Sally’s Baking Challenge* this past month! Hundreds of you joined the celebration by making your beautifully creative no-bake cheesecake jars. I’ve never been more impressed! There were lemon meringue cheesecake jars, peanut butter Oreo, peaches ‘n’ cream, chocolate cherry, caramel apple, and so many more. (My mouth is borderline watering right now.) One of my favorite comments came from reader Jennifer:

“These were so much fun to make! I went with no-bake banana cream pudding cheesecake jars and my sons LOVED them! Thank you for supporting exploration and confidence in baking. Your tips make all the difference!”
